Hello, I'm Lorena, Chief Stewardess onboard with over 16 years in the industry. I'd love to share my journey that truly speaks the incredible transformations possible within the yachting world.
My journey began in a completely different realm – as a drifter in life dealing with the weight of depression. I hailed from a beautiful upbringing in a small fishing town in Manta, Ecuador. Grew up in Miami with a beautiful family, friends and an amazing job.
Despite all that, I felt trapped and unfulfilled, felt like a misfit. My battle with depression led to a moment of introspection, and it was the discovery of the Yachting that brought a new purpose and life to my days.
My path was marked by significant turning points - a broken relationship, my father's death. It was during this time that I encountered a fellow 'Yachtie' and found a new direction.
With over 16 years in the industry, I've served as a deckhand, cook, masseuse, nannie, chief stewardess, crew agent, interior trainer, and presently, as a solopreneur.
Today I have a moral obligation to share with you, all i have learned throughout my career on yachts. I want YOU well-prepared for this world, steering you away from the hurdles and time-wasting moments I encountered.
